What Is Easy Web Access?

Easy Web Access is an innovative solution for your access control system. Simply put, it's an access control system plus a web-based management system.

With over twenty years experience in the security industry, we have seen a lot of customers cower at the thought of going into access control system due to the challenging demands and cost of managing an access control system.

A few years ago, we embarked on a new solution to reduce the customers' learning process and simplify their system management. We have now come out with this full-fledged system - Easy Web Access.

Master Integrator

For two years, iAccess has been awarded the Master Integrator by the Continental Inststrument Inc., a leading manufacturer of access control system.

iAccess has been closely working with Continental Instruments, Inc. to make the Easy Web Access 100% compatible with the CA3000 acess control system.

 

FAQ

Q:	What operating system should I use?
A:	This system is designed for multiple operating systems and internet browsers. However, for the best result, we recommend you to use Windows 2000/XP with IE 6.0 and above browsers. Especially if you use "Video Badging".
Q:	Can I use pop-up stopper?
A:	Yes. This system uses pop-up window to provide you some quick information windows. If you use "Pop-up stopper" software like Windows XP built-in pop-up blocker and google pop-up stopper, please add this site into your "Exceptions List" or "Trusted Zone". Otherwise, the system will not work correctly.
Q:	Can I disable the Cookie of Internet Explorer?
A:	No. This system uses cookie to store your ID after you have logged in. If you disable the cookie, you will not be able to log in.
Q:	What should I do to use Video Badging?
A:	If you use this system for "Video Badging", you have to allow ActiveX to be run from your borwser.
Q:	Can I disable the Javascript?
A:	No. This system uses Javascript to ease your operation. If you have elected not to allow Javascript, the system will not run correctly.
Q:	How can I change my password?
A:	To change your password and personal settings, please just click on your name on the top area of the window.

What's New in Version 7?

No more pop-up window.

With the new web technology, we have rewritten most of portions of our software. We are able to eliminate the usage of pop-up windows to display information. You will not miss any information displayed in a pop-up window in case your browser is set to block the pop-up windows.

Compatible with more internet browsers.

Due to the introduction of a mainstream framework, the new version is compatible with most mainstream internet browsers like Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari and even Chrom of different versions.

New remote access help.

There are times you may need our technicians to remotely access your computer to quickly troubleshoot your problems. Now you can click a special Help button to accomplish this.

Specify date and time.

In the new version 7, now you can specify both date and time when you need to do so. For example, when you do a event report, you can easily tell the software from 6:00AM to 6:35AM without even typing a single word.

Pre-schedle a door lock/unlock and hold.

Some times you need to lock or unlock and hold a door. With version 7 in place, now you don't have to call the technical support or look for a computer to manually lock or unlock a door. All you need to do is to pre-schedule the event ahead of time. You will never forget an event.
